一、額定電壓1kV至35kV擠包絕緣電力電纜

行業(yè)中，通常將額定電壓1~3kV的稱為低壓電纜，額定電壓6~30kV的稱為中壓電纜，額定電壓35kv的稱為高壓電纜。

產(chǎn)品可按客戶需求生產(chǎn)具有阻燃、耐火、無鹵低煙等特殊性能，其性能符合GB/T 19666-2019標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中阻燃、耐火、無鹵低煙特性要求。

三、使用特性（Usage characteristics）

1、正常運行時，交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體最高溫度為90℃，聚氯乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體最高溫度為70℃。

1. During normal operation, the maximum temperature of XLPE insulated power cable conductor is 90 ℃, and that of PVC insulated power cable conductor is 70 ℃.

2、短路時（最長持續(xù)5秒），交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體最高溫度為250℃，聚氯乙烯絕緣電力電纜導(dǎo)體最高溫度為160℃。

2. The maximum temperature of XLPE insulated power cable conductor is 250 ℃ and PVC insulated power cable conductor is 160 ℃ in case of short circuit (lasting for 5 seconds at most).

3、電纜敷設(shè)不受落差限制，敷設(shè)時環(huán)境溫度不應(yīng)低于0℃。

4、敷設(shè)時電纜的最小彎曲半徑：單芯電纜不小于20（D+d）,多芯電纜不小于15（D+d）（D為電纜外徑，d為導(dǎo)體直徑）

4. Minimum bending radius of cable during laying: not less than 20 (D + D) for single core cable and not less than 15 (D + D) for multi-core cable (D is the outer diameter of cable and D is the diameter of conductor)

5、額定電壓大于6kV電纜安裝時，必須將絕緣屏蔽按電纜附件安裝尺寸進行剝離，并清理干凈，以防出現(xiàn)不必要的事故。

5、When installing cables with rated voltage greater than 6kV, the insulation shield must be stripped according to the installation size of cable accessories and cleaned to prevent unnecessary accidents.
